When we were faced with an over $10,000 bill to purchase and install a new cone for our Case 7120 combine we decided to explore all our options. I stumbled upon cone inserts and for the fraction of the cost advertised figured it was worth a shot to see if it lived up to expectations. Kathy was a breeze to work with coordinating shipment to Canada and answering any and all questions. The high quality insert order was received promptly and came with easy to follow instructions. Its rare to get a product that is as easy to install as advertised without requiring modifications. We even got our little people involved for some of the tight fitting spaces. The true test was the field, talk about improved crop flow! We were so impressed with the price savings, ease of installation and field response that we decided it was no question to buy again when we acquired a second combine. Even without significant wear we decided it wasn’t even a question to preserve the cone by using inserts. Again, Kathy made the difference with her sweet nature and ease of ordering. Would recommend to anyone with wear looking for options and less down time.

Seeing signs of cone wear @ 412 hrs. Cone Guard was cheaper and faster than a new cone. Seemed to fit well and easy to install. Case IH 8240

Installed Cone Guard, went in very easy after removing old bolts. The panels laid right inside the old cone. Put all new bolts and vanes in. Have ran barley and wheat since installation. Works great!
